New Class!

Seacoast MMA is proud to announce that October 30th 2008 will mark are newest addition to our list of disciplines.
Boxing will be offered on Thursday nights starting October 30th from 5:30 to 6:30pm. This will be a great class for strikers or grapplers trying to break through into the striking world. For our already strong and numerous Muay Thai students, this will give you a third night to hone your striking skills. This class will be great for getting into shape or to increase existing striking skills. Hope to see you there!

Master Todd Miller of our Hapkido program will be away at a martial art convention the month of August. Hapkido class will continue as scheduled under his top student. Master Miller will return in September with more small joint locks and throws.

The Boston BJJ Network will be sponsoring a Training Day at Seacoast MMA & BJJ in Portsmouth, NH on Satruday August 2nd from 10am until 2pm. This is an open house FREE event for any member in the Boston BJJ Network.
There will be formal classes and some open mat rolling with both gi and no-gi.

Spring is here
No Gi!

Starting June 25th the BJJ class on Wednesday nights will be a no Gi class. Board shorts, rash guards and other gear appropriate for wrestling should be worn. This will continue through the summer months.
